This is a truly scrumptious spin on a seafood cake. Its a crispy non-crustacean
creation using sole in lieu of the more traditional crabmeat. The cake
is coated in a corn chip crust, topped with chipotle mayo, fresh avocado,

A fresh 8 oz. mahi filet lightly coated in cinnamon infused flour, pan
seared in butter, then baked to mouthwatering perfection. The fish is
then fructified with a coconut curry sauce, topped with golden fried plantains

Tender duck breast scored, seasoned, and seared in an aromatic garlic

Marinated pork tenderloin encrusted in a blend of spices, grilled, sliced

This is a Creole classic. Slow smoked sausage, shrimp, chicken, and the
